Walk Ins 


Since we work by appointment it is rare that you would be able to walk in and be seen.  


It is best to call ahead.  Should you be in the area you can leave us a note on the front desk and we will be happy to call you as soon as we are out of session.

 Reservations


We are happy to reserve the time that you have requested for your massage therapy or dry spa service and respect your time while asking you to respect ours as well.  


The reservation time is when your "table time" is scheduled to begin so plan to arrive a little before that time.


New Clients will want to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to their appointment time in order to complete the health form and discuss their massage therapy needs with the therapist; thereby allowing their session to start and end on time. 


Existing clients will want to arrive about 5 minutes before their appointment time so that they can visit the restroom or talk to the therapist about their needs in order to begin and end their session on time.


Please feel free to use part of your scheduled time having us show you appropriate simple stretches or gentle movements that may be helpful to you. While we are not exercise experts we can suggest someone to you who can do more than we are able to do in that regard.


Late arrivals will receive the remainder of their reserved appointment time.


Cancellation Policy


No Shows or Cancellations of Less than 24 Hours may be charged for the full appointment if the therapist is unable to fill the time that you have reserved.
