The Balanced Body Shoppe's massage therapy services are tailored to each individual.  Our therapists have over 30 years of combined hands on experience and will design a session to meet your needs if you are not sure of what  type(s) of massage therapy you want or need.

Our session lengths are "hands on" time, so please arrive 15 minutes early to complete your health form so that we may start your session on time.  Repeat customers please arrive at least 5 minutes before your scheduled session.  Please refer to our Reservation and Cancellation Policy for further information.
  
You may add Warm Stones or Massage Cupping for an additional cost to any hour or longer session.  Be sure to specify these additions when you schedule as they require specific therapists and preparation time.

Please note that , unlike other massage therapy businesses, we do NOT charge extra for deep tissue or pregnancy massage.

Many of our clients are seeking wellness/ preventive or relaxation massage, while others come for help to recover  from  accidents, sports injuries, workplace injuries or for long standing chronic pain management. We will work with you to help with injuries caused by repetitive motion, poor posture, and poor lifting habits.   When possible and if you desire it, we will work with you to teach you self-help techniques and stretching to help with specific conditions.

While we do not file insurance, we are happy to give you a receipt at the time of your service should you want it for insurance purposes.  Be sure to let us know if this is the case.



Gift Certificates are available for any service.   You may also purchase a gift for a specific dollar amount which can be applied to any service or purchases from the retail area. 

Our gift certificates have a six (6) month expiration date from the date sold but may be redeemed after expiration by paying a fee based on the expiration date. 

Let us know at the time of purchase if you would like to make your gift complete by adding a gratuity and it will be noted on the certificate.
