Late Arrivals will receive the remainder of their reserved appointment time. This allows the therapist to honor her next reservation.
No Shows or Cancellations of Less than 24 Hours may be charged for the full appointment if the therapist is unable to fill the reserved time.
Please consider sending someone in your place if you are unable to keep your reservation. They will thank you!

Reservations
We are happy to reserve the time that you have requested for your massage therapy or spa service and respect your time while asking you to respect ours as well.
New Clients will want to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to their appointment time in order to complete the health form and discuss their needs with their therapist.
Existing clients will want to arrive about 5 minutes before their appointment time so that they can visit the restroom or talk to their therapist about their needs and still begin their session on time.

While most of our clients reserve their appointment time, we are happy to accommodate walk ins if a therapist is available.
